Bingham Chute Generating Station
Bingham Chute Generating Station is located approximately 3 km southeast of the Municipality of Powassan and began operating in 1923. The station has two units with a maximum generating capacity of 1 MW and was the second station built on the South River, preceded by Nipissing Generating Station.
